Technical Considerations

We are looking specifically for PHP programmers who have at least 4 years of experience building complex PHP, database-driven web sites. Preference will be given to those who also have a strong understanding of how to create clean, cross-browser compatible, HTML designs using CSS and a minimal amount of JavaScript.
