Challenge

Royal Liquor Merchant's original website developer went out of business, leaving the company with a website they did not know how to change, and all of the technical details hanging.

Solution

Claero researched all of the details regarding the hosting, payment, and technology used in the website. Claero also taked with the owner and appropriate employees within Royal to understand the business needs of the site, and direction that made sense for the company to pursue with the website.

Results

Claero rebuilt Royal's website so they would be paying less for hosting the website, and so Royal staff could update the site themselves. Claero also documented all of the details of the site, and made sure that Royal fully understood what needed to be paid. Finally, in conjunction with Royal, Claero outlined an intelligent marketing strategy for the website, and helped them with the first steps.
